    Our client is seeking a Construction Facilities Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Facilities Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various facility renovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Construction Facilities Project Manager

    **Location:** Round Lake, IL. ONSITE

    **Pay Range:** $70 - 74.00 W2 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage different aspects of a facility renovation project, ensuring quality and cost goals are met.

    + Implement, administer, and control project documentation in both narrative and drawing form.

    + Draft Scope of Work (SOW) and participate in design reviews to lead project execution.

    + Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.

    + Foster a collaborative team management philosophy in all decision-making processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **BS in a related engineering discipline with 5 or more years of facilities and/or construction project management experience in plant or manufacturing environments.**

    + Experience in facility renovation, with the ability to work with minimal direction.

    + Proven track record of managing diverse activities and demonstrating leadership skills.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively across departments.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities.
