Our client, a leading precision manufacturing company, is seeking a** **CNC Process Specialist** **to join their team.

As a CNC Process Specialist, you will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing Department supporting Machining and Automation Teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaborative communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:** **CNC Process Specialist

Pay Range:** **$120,000 - $130,000K

What’s the Job?

Develop, simulate, and optimize CNC machining processes using CAM software and G-code

+ Lead DFM reviews and support setup/troubleshooting of multi-axis CNC equipment

+ Collaborate with controls engineers to refine robotic cells and automation systems

+ Mentor technicians and junior staff in machining process development

+ Coordinate pilot runs, validate new equipment, and implement engineering changes

What’s Needed?

+ 5–7 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and programming

+ Proficiency in CAM software, G-code, and machine simulation tools

+ Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and CMM programming

+ Proven ability to reduce scrap and improve productivity

+ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
