Our client, a leading international producer of specialty ingredient solutions, is seeking a Financial Reporting and Treasury Manager to join their team. As a Financial Reporting and Treasury Manager, you will be part of the finance department supporting various corporate finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Financial Reporting and Treasury Manager

**Location:** Cranbury, NJ

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + 10% bonus

What's the Job?

+ Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

+ Manage technical accounting research and implementation of new standards.

+ Oversee daily cash operations and liquidity planning.

+ Coordinate the external audit process and manage documentation requests.

+ Support the consolidation process and ensure reconciliation of intercompany transactions.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.

+ CPA designation required.

+ Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.

+ Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced proficiency in Excel.

+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
