Our client is seeking a Logistics Transportation Analyst to join their team. As a Logistics Transportation Analyst, you will be part of the logistics department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Logistics Transportation Analyst

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - onsite T, W, Th)

**Pay Range:** $21.28 pay rate

What's the Job?

+ Analyze data to identify areas for cost and service improvement opportunities.

+ Coordinate daily activities to track and monitor delivery status and movement of goods.

+ Utilize transportation software to identify least cost routing and shipment consolidation.

+ Communicate with sites to optimize customer service and freight spend.

+ Act as a first point of contact for brokers and carriers, resolving issues as they arise.

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in Excel, especially with pivot tables, and experience with TMS (Transplace/Uber Freight) is a plus.

+ Strong decision-making ability supported by data analysis.

+ Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change.

+ A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
