    + **Install, Maintain & Repair** : HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units

    + **Troubleshooting** : Diagnose issues and perform corrective actions

    + **Preventive Maintenance** : Conduct routine inspections and servicing

    + **Documentation** : Maintain accurate service records and reports

    + **Safety & Compliance** : Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations

    •** **What You Need to Succeed:

    + Must have 2 or more years of certified experience*

    + **HVAC Certification** : Must have Classification 1 and proof of license

    + **Technical Skills** : Familiarity with HVAC tools, systems, and diagnostics

    + **Physical Capability** : Able to lift up to 50 lbs assisted and work in various climates and environments

    + **Communication** : Clear verbal and written communication skills

    + **Team Player** : Ability to collaborate and contribute to team success
