    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Business Intelligence Associate, you will provide reporting support through research, data collection, and management of information for the organization.

     

    This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Responsible for data collection, input, aggregation, and data auditing.

    + Support accurate key metric reporting and data review performed by the organization.

    + Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors.

    + Assists in generating basic reports.

    + Create ad-hoc presentations and assess development for review. Respond to information requests in a timely manner.

    + Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.

    + Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.

    + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

    What You’ll Need:

    + High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.

    + A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

    + Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

    + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
