Description
We are looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for the administrative oversight of the office and will serve as the key point of contact for resolving operational issues. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and has a strong ability to multitask across responsibilities such as staff oversight, vendor management, budgeting, and office organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee daily office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
+ Manage and support administrative staff members, providing leadership, training, and mentorship.
+ Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
+ Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial oversight for office-related expenses.
+ Organize and supervise office events, including team meetings, social gatherings, and client visits.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for office-related questions, ensuring a supportive workplace environment.
+ Oversee the maintenance of office systems, databases, and physical office space.
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across office operations.
Requirements
Required:
+ 5+ years of experience in office administration, including experience as an office manager or in a similar leadership role.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, vendors, and clients.
+ A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Preferred:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
+ Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and office supplies.
+ Strong people management skills and experience coordinating across departments.
