Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to financial operations with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.

• Enter invoices into accounting systems

• Manage accounts payable tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and vendor communication.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create reports and analyze financial data.

• Collaborate with team members to uphold organizational standards and improve efficiency.

• Maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Assist in managing payable invoices by verifying accuracy and completeness.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements • High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience in financial services, accounting, or bookkeeping.

• Proficient in QuickBooks and standard office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screenings.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to support field operations.

• Commitment to upholding organizational standards and demonstrating excellence in work quality.
