Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Accountant to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of property operations, including accounting, tenant relations, and vendor communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day management. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and issues, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolutions.

• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance personnel to address property needs and generate work orders as required.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and lease files, both digital and physical, in compliance with company policies.

• Develop and implement property management plans, preventative maintenance procedures, and operational manuals.

• Conduct regular visits to properties and tenant spaces to assess conditions and address concerns.

• Facilitate meetings and provide updates to stakeholders regarding property operations.

• Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for the property to address urgent issues.

• Manage correspondence, records, and file notes related to tenant leases and property details. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative office tasks or property management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, managers, and vendors.

• Dependable and flexible with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to follow-up and problem-solving.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
