Description We are looking for a Strategic Initiative Business Analyst to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving key initiatives by analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and aligning strategic goals with measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and translate complex information into meaningful strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents to align project objectives with stakeholder needs.
• Utilize Excel formulas and tools to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and align strategies.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business initiatives forward.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
• Provide recommendations based on data findings to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new processes and tools to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliverables are met. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in creating business requirement documents and translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
