    About the Role:

    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about design and eager to build hands-on experience in both print and digital media. You’ll support the marketing and design team with a wide range of creative projects while learning and growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in designing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates

    + Support branding initiatives across digital and print platforms

    + Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and other departments to execute creative projects

    + Prepare and preflight files for print production

    + Help maintain visual consistency across all branded materials

    + Edit existing designs and revise based on feedback

    + Organize design assets and contribute to building an internal asset library

    + Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 1–3 years of design experience (internships or freelance work welcome)

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

    + Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus

    + Basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

    + Strong attention to detail and time management skills

    + Ability to take direction and work well both independently and in a team

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Portfolio showcasing a range of design work

    Bonus Points:

    + Experience with video editing, animation, or motion graphics

    + Understanding of social media platforms and digital content design

    + Interest in branding, marketing, or real estate (if applicable to your company)
