Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of payroll processes who is eager to grow and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.

• Handle payroll tasks for garnishments, deductions, and benefits administration.

• Utilize payroll software, such as ADP, to manage and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports.

• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and other compensation matters.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure payroll entries align with financial data.

• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Support the implementation of process improvements within the payroll function. Requirements • At least 2-3 years of payroll experience, including full-cycle payroll processing.

• Proficiency in using payroll software, especially ADP.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

• Knowledge of payroll for mid-sized organizations, handling 101-500 employees.

• Familiarity with processing garnishments and other payroll deductions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries effectively.
