    Description

    Well funded and progressive NFP K-12 school is seeking a Business Manager (Controller). As the top person, reporting to the Executive Director, you will be tasked with providing periodic financial statements and up to date projections. Provide oversight of HR related benefits, coordinate with auditors, support fundraising. Interacting with government departments to ensure compliance in reporting. Assist with Board reporting, providing ED with necessary information to enable detailed explanations and credible, informative presentations. Candidates for this role should have 10+ years of progressive experience, a CPA and or MBA would be preferred. This is a QOL role that is open as a result of insourcing the accounting and finance function from a 3rd party provider. Desire to work for a mission focused organization that assists developmentally challenged children is a HUGE plus. Will supervise 1 staff.
