• IT Project Manager

    Robert Half Technology (Torrance, CA)


    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to oversee a complex enterprise-wide modernization initiative. This long-term contract position requires leadership in managing multiple workstreams and delivering IT solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

     

    Onsite in Southern California.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage large-scale programs with multiple projects and workstreams

    + Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments

    + Oversee delivery of IT/IS capabilities, SaaS integrations, and business transformation initiatives

    + Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment and integration

    + Implement governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement

    + Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership

    + Ensure compliance with SOX, PII, and data privacy standards

    + Support solution architecture, technical oversight, and system integration

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)

    + 10+ years of experience in IT/IS, with 5+ years in program management

    + Proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT programs and SaaS solutions

    + Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

    + Experience with ServiceNow (HAM/SAM), Microsoft, Salesforce, and enterprise platforms

    + Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

    + PMP or PgMP certification

    + Expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and resource planning

    + Familiarity with system integrations (API, MFT) and architecture documentation

    Nice to Have:

    + Experience in the automotive industry

    + Knowledge of change management principles

    + Strong financial management and reporting skills

    + Familiarity with SOX compliance and IT governance
