Robert Half HR Solutions is recruiting for a contract HR Manager for our client located in Villa Rica, GA. This is an onsite role requiring a detail-oriented individual to oversee HR functions for a workforce of approximately 175 employees. The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse HR responsibilities, including benefits administration, employee onboarding, and retention strategies, while demonstrating discretion and strong communication skills. Our client is deeply committed to their culture and needs to have an HR Manager consultant who can build strong relationships with the entire organization from hourly employees through C-Suite executives. This role will start for about 2+ months in duration and will have the possibility for extension based on business needs as the engagement progresses.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

• Administer and analyze employee benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.

• Develop and implement effective retention strategies to enhance workforce stability.

• Provide HR support for both hourly and salaried employees across multiple states.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.

• Utilize Paycor HRIS to manage employee records and HR data efficiently.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to address HR concerns and provide strategic advice.

• Serve as the sole HR representative, working closely with training and payroll teams.

• Facilitate clear communication through well-crafted written and oral presentations.

• Make confident decisions regarding HR matters while aligning with organizational goals.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.

• Proficiency in using Paycor HRIS and other HR systems.

• Strong background in benefits administration and analysis.

• Proven ability to manage employee relations and retention strategies.

• Experience working with both hourly and salaried employees.

• Demonstrated expertise in handling multi-state HR operations.

• Exceptional discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.

• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with senior leaders.
