    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for a bold, creative, and strategic thinker to join our client's team as a Digital and Social Strategy Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who not only dreams up innovative campaigns but also rolls up their sleeves to bring them to life.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and execute digital and social strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.

    + Lead the ideation and implementation of creative, out-of-the-box campaigns across digital platforms.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.

    + Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

    + Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Proven experience in both agency and in-house environments.

    + A strong portfolio of digital and social campaigns—especially those you’ve personally executed.

    + Deep understanding of the grocery, CPG, FMCG, or similar industries.

    + A track record of innovative, unconventional campaign work that breaks through the noise.

    + Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

    Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications

    + 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media strategy.

    + Experience with influencer marketing, paid social, and content strategy.

    + Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
