• Marketing & Business Partnerships Manager

    Description

    A dynamic organization is seeking a contract-to-hire Marketing & Business Partnerships Manager to lead strategic efforts in business development, donor and sponsor relations, and revenue-generating marketing initiatives. This role will focus on building external partnerships, managing sponsorships and advertising, and supporting fundraising campaigns, all while shaping and maintaining brand consistency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships across legal, corporate, and nonprofit sectors

    + Drive non-dues revenue through sponsorships, native advertising, and donor engagement

    + Lead creation of a professional services and vendor guide to support member needs

    + Manage all aspects of print and digital advertising, sponsorship fulfillment, and post-event follow-up

    + Support charitable arm fundraising efforts and recognition across communication channels

    + Collaborate on brand development and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field

    + 3–5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or sponsorships (nonprofit or membership-based organizations preferred)

    + Strong skills in partnership building, strategic planning, and vendor relationship management

    + Experience with CRM or AMS platforms such as Salesforce or MemberCentral

    + Background in the legal or law industry is a plus, but not required.
