    Overview:

    We’re working on a contract-to-hire opportunity for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support a growing team with their digital strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, social media, and email marketing, and can confidently manage digital initiatives that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn

    + Support and execute SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search rankings

    + Manage social media scheduling, content, and performance analytics

    + Assist in email marketing campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation

    + Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and provide actionable insights

    + Collaborate with content creators and designers to align creative with campaign goals

    + Maintain and update website content; experience with CMS tools like WordPress is preferred

    + Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing

    + Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs)

    + Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic UTM tracking

    + Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)

    + Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

    + Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities

    + Open to a contract-to-hire setup and available to work [onsite/hybrid as needed]
