Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of insurance claim submissions and data management processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately submit and verify insurance claims through online platforms on a daily basis.

• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm insurance details when necessary.

• Perform precise data entry tasks to ensure records are up to date and error-free.

• Maintain strict attention to detail while handling sensitive information.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize intermediate computer and internet skills to complete assigned tasks effectively.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for data management.

• Identify and resolve minor issues related to claim submissions or data entry processes. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a data entry role or similar position.

• Proficiency in computer data entry and familiarity with online systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.

• Intermediate computer skills, including experience with internet-based tools.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Effective communication skills for phone-based insurance verification.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
