Accounts Payable Specialist – Full-Time - PERMANENT POSITION!

Up to $80,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are partnering with an excellent organization local to Bloomfield, CT, to hire a Permanent Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to join a well-established organization offering excellent benefits and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Full-cycle, high-volume Accounts Payable processing

+ Perform 3-way matching and invoice reconciliation

+ Handle vendor communication and resolve discrepancies

+ Assist with month-end close activities including accruals and reporting

+ Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with company policies

+ Utilize large-scale accounting software and Excel for reporting and data analysis

Requirements:

+ BS or AS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ Minimum of 5 years of recent and steady experience in full-cycle, high-volume Accounts Payable

+ Experience with month-end close processes

+ Proficiency with large accounting software

+ Strong Excel skills

+ Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks

Compensation & Benefits:

+ Salary up to $80,000, depending on experience

Requirements
