    Description

    Overview:

    We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with real estate marketing experience for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role supports a fast-paced, design-driven environment with projects across residential, commercial, and/or luxury real estate portfolios. Ideal for someone comfortable with both print and digital design, who understands real estate timelines, branding, and asset creation.

    Responsibilities:

    + Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email templates, signage, social media graphics, and presentation decks

    + Collaborate with marketing, development, and sales teams to deliver branded assets for property launches, lease-ups, and ongoing promotions

    + Prepare and preflight files for print, and coordinate with vendors when necessary

    + Maintain brand consistency while adapting visuals across different platforms and properties

    + Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines

    + Provide creative input on campaign direction and design strategy

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 2–4 years of graphic design experience, with direct experience in real estate strongly preferred

    + Strong portfolio with examples of property marketing, real estate branding, and print collateral

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus

    + Solid understanding of design for both digital and print

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Available for on-site or hybrid work as required

    + Open to a contract-to-hire arrangement
