    Description

    Our client, A fast-growing, multi-entity company is seeking a hands-on, strategic Corporate Controller to lead it's accounting operations. This is a pivotal role for an experienced financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building structure, driving efficiency, and supporting growth. Our client is offering a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead all aspects of the monthly close, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidations

    + Oversee a highly transactional accounting team

    + Solid technical accounting experience

    + Manage automation and process improvements

    + Manage audits and compliance

    Requirements

    + Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

    + CPA required

    + Previous public accounting experience ideally at a large firm or Big 4

    + 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time at a Controller or Assistant Controller level

    + Experience in multi-location/entity and highly transactional environments

    + Solid ERP experience. Implementation experience highly desired

    + Strong Leadership skills with a hands-on, detail-driven approach
