Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a part-time contract position based in Hudson, New Hampshire. This role offers flexible hours and is perfect for professionals seeking a family-friendly schedule. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer order details, including shipping information, into internal systems.

• Provide support to a team of outside sales representatives by entering orders and assisting with client communications.

• Perform high-volume data entry tasks while maintaining precision and consistency.

• Manage and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track order information.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in order processing.

• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

• Assist with general administrative tasks to streamline operations and support the sales team. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information accurately.

• Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
