Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department with administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the HR field and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
+ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
+ Support benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding benefits and policies
+ Help coordinate training sessions, orientations, and performance review processes
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws
+ Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and payroll support tasks
+ Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
+ 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems a plus
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
