Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk - Shipping to join our team in Wood Dale, Illinois. In this contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our shipping and receiving department. Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Organize and manage warehouse inventory to optimize space and accessibility.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and carriers to coordinate shipments.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.

• Monitor and address any discrepancies in shipment documentation.

• Operate warehouse equipment as required to support shipping activities. Requirements • Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or receiving roles within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with precision.

• Comfort with using technology systems for record-keeping and process management.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and carriers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

• Organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
