WW Selling Partner Services (SPS) is seeking an exceptionally bright, friendly, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to partner with a VP in Selling Partner Services. This highly visible role will provide the opportunity to learn and have a positive impact on the entire SPS organization, with a focus on EA development. Key job responsibilities

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience

- High school or equivalent diploma

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading process improvements

- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

- Experience with work space planning/management

- Experience with executive level calendar management

- Experience with end-to-end project management

- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
