    **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist – Compliance to support the Boeing St. Louis Operations Compliance Team in Mascoutah, IL.

     

    As a member of the Operation Compliance Team, you will work in a collaborative team environment with Operations, Quality, multiple levels of Boeing Management, and our customers to ensure compliance with Boeing policies and procedures

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development

    + Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed

    + Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems

    + Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation

    + Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability

    + Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management

    + Works under general direction

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 2+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

    + 2+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    + 2+ year of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results

    + 2+ year of experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and coordinating resolution of issues

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

    + Experience developing or auditing standard work

    + Experience implementing safety improvements in a manufacturing environment

    + Experience with Continuous Improvement Implementation

    + Experience in a highly regulated environment (compliance)

    + This position requires travel up to 10 % of the time to other St. Louis region sites, including Berkeley, MO, St. Charles, MO, and Mascoutah, IL

    Summary pay range: $80,750 – $109,250
