    **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent to support the Supply Chain Proprietary Team in Seal Beach, CA.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

    + Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

    + Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

    + Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions

    + Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

    + Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

    + Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI

    + 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

    + 3+ years of experience management suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s Degree or higher

    + 3+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements

    + 3+ years of experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold

    + 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

    + 3+ years of experience interpreting, enforcing and/or negotiating contract terms and conditions

    + Experience interfacing with program management

    + Experience engaging with senior and/or executive leadership

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

     

    Summary pay range: $102,000 – $126,000
