    The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is located in the center of the bustling Seaport District.     The Bell Person – Night is responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests’ needs during the overnight shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Greet guests and welcome them to the hotel.

    + Unloads guest luggage from a variety of types of transportation and brings inside to the bell stand.

    + Assists in the transport and storage of guest luggage.

    + Maintain a professional, neat, and organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards.

    + Controls the traffic flow in and out of the motor lobby.

    + Speak to guests in a friendly, warm manner, making them feel welcome at the hotel.

    + Calls for taxi, or other method of transportation, as needed.

    + Be Knowledgeable of all hotel amenities and with different points of interest.

    + Perform any other duties required by management.

    Qualifications

    + Previous luxury hotel experience is required.

    + Valid driver’s license required.

    + Ability to communicate effectively, exceptional organizational skills, an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

    + Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates and guests in person or via a cellular telephone/radio.
