Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Atlanta/Buckhead is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Union City, Georgia. This is a part-time, hourly position for 16 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This individual contributor role requires a well-skilled individual with experience in healthcare or medical background. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position will range from $14 to $16 per hour, paid weekly. Our caregivers also have the opportunity for advancement within our company. Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and respectful care to our senior clients - Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, ambulation, and medication reminders - Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties - Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our team Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a healthcare or medical role - CPR/First Aid certification - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks - Must be available to work Monday through Thursday in Union City, Georgia EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
