Upon obtaining the California generalist license (MTA), your pay rate will be adjusted accordingly.

*Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:*

* Bachelor's Degree or degree acceptable for California Laboratory Licensure.

* Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a CLS Training program.

*Required Certification/Registration:*

* California Clinical Lab Scientist Trainee (TRL) License

* Must obtain California MTA license within 3 months of start date

*Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:*

* One year experience in a clinical laboratory.
