This is not a remote position. It is required of all BRIDGE employees to follow the BRIDGE Hybrid Work Schedule which includes working a minimum of 3 days per week on site in San Francisco.

Summary
The Senior Asset Management and Special Projects Analyst is a key member of the Asset Management Team, supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. The role involves analytical support, project management, event planning and execution of business plans for BRIDGE’s affordable housing portfolio. This position reports to the VP or Director of Asset Management and requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite in San Francisco, and occasional travels to locations within the portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities
Special Projects
+ Partner with leadership to manage and execute strategic initiatives.
+ Act as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner to the VP/Director.
+ Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and workstreams.
+ Organize and prioritize issues to facilitate decision-making.
+ Provide analytical support and improve workflows and communication.
+ Support project management and track progress of strategic initiatives.
+ Represent BRIDGE at industry events and speaking engagements.
+ Lead and organize team events, coordinate professional development and department-wide activities.
+ Contribute to reporting and database enhancements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Portfolio Asset Management
+ Prepare and file compliance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
+ Support budgeting, cash flow projections, and financial analysis.
+ Assist with tax filings, reserve reimbursements, and capital project funding.
+ Coordinate property inspections and escalate issues as needed.
+ Analyze budget-to-actual results and key performance indicators.
+ Maintain property databases and documentation.
+ Train and support new staff members.
+ Participate in team meetings and contribute to best practices.
+ Assist with special projects and team-wide initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in a strategic or project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in real estate or affordable housing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of finance, operations, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Sharepoint, Copilot)
• Yardi/MRI experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Valid CA driver’s license; Notary and Adobe skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to property sites as needed.
Working conditions
• Works in an office environment, mandatory to work at San Francisco office location for at least 3 days per week, with occasional travel to and work at property site locations or other location as needed
• Usually works a standard workweek
Physical requirements
• Ability to remain in a stationary (standing and/or seated) position more than half the time; ability to travel to offsite locations, and tour properties
• Ability to operate machinery and/or equipment that requires the constant use of hands/fingers/wrists more than half the time
• Ability to spend more than half the time viewing computer monitors
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
