As the Sales Manager for our West sub-Region, you will lead
a dynamic team focused on driving sales strategy and expanding our market
presence. Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams,
engaging with key customers, and analyzing market trends to identify growth
opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales approach,
mentoring your team, and ensuring that our innovative Steam Turbine and
Compressor solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. Expect to work

How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Develop and implement acomprehensive annual sales plan to achieve order entry targets and enhancemarket penetration for our steam turbine and compressor portfolio inassigned Territory
+ Lead, mentor, and inspire ahigh-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration andcontinuous improvement.
+ Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers and industry partners, acting as theprimary point of contact for major accounts and negotiating profitablecontracts.
+ Conduct market research andanalysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, adapting salesstrategies accordingly.
+ Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensurealignment and support for sales initiatives.
+ Prepare and present salesbudgets, forecasts and performance reports to senior management, usingdata analysis to inform strategic decisions.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in business,Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in salesmanagement within the energy sector, particularly in compressortechnologies; candidates with more experience may be eligible for a moresenior level position
+ Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving success in competitive markets.
+ Strong understanding of the powergeneration, Oil & Gas, and general industries.
+ Excellent communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead andmotivate a diverse team.
+ Strategic thinker with stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel asneeded.
+ Applicants must be legallyauthorized for employment in the United States without need for current orfuture employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employeeswith current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Specific offers are determined byvarious factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other businessneeds. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, thoughcompensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
