The North America Siemens Energy Real Estate Project
Manager will lead all aspects of construction projects across NAM, ensuring
compliance with Siemens Energy standards and delivery that is safe, on time,
and within budget! This role requires a construction background, project
management experience, and strong collaboration skills. You will lead all
aspects of project goal setting, scope development, planning, procurement,
contracting, safety, construction execution, budgeting, scheduling, quality
control, and close-out—working closely with internal teams and external
vendors!
This is a full-time position that requires the flexibility
of travel when needed (up to 60%). Position will be located within Orlando, FL
or Charlotte, NC.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Direct,lead, coordinate, and support construction project operations across NAMfrom inception to close-out. Project types include office fit-outs, majorbuilding maintenance, ground-up office and industrial builds, andoffice/factory expansions.
+ EnsureSiemens Energy’s Zero Harm Culture is embedded throughout all phases ofeach project.
+ Collaboratewith Project Sponsors and business partners to define project goals,scope, timelines, achievements, budgets, and ensure alignment across allpartners. Track and manage performance against these benchmarks to achievesuccessful outcomes.
+ Overseeconstruction execution with minimal disruption to operations, negotiatingwith operators to implement cost-effective solutions.
+ Deliverregular presentations to executive leadership and project teams on projectstatus, schedule, budget performance, and Zero Harm Culture adherence.
+ Ensureconsistent and accurate documentation of daily logs, progress updates, andfinancial reports throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’sdegree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, orequivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing constructionprojects, architects, engineers, or construction managers.
+ Candidateswith current or prior experience with Siemens Energy processes, customers,and systems are preferred. Depending on experience level, candidates maybe considered for a higher or lower level role.
+ Solidunderstanding of construction methods, standard processes, and the abilityto read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
+ Proventrack record to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced,multifaceted environment—balancing deadlines, solving sophisticatedchallenges, and collaborating with diverse partners, including seniorleadership.
+ Advancedproficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project); PMPcertification or related coursework preferred. Must be flexible andavailable to work extended hours or weekends as needed based on siteoperations.
+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
