A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Industrial Cybersecurity Ecosystem Manager you will assist on a broad spectrum of cybersecurity support requests from digital communities in various Siemens Energy business units and functions, such as Information Technology and Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics helping move cybersecurity activities forward! You will also participate in developing internal cybersecurity capabilities and strategy, engaging pro-actively to strengthen the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture and foster external strategic cybersecurity partnerships.

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ Conceptualize and implement a comprehensive industrial cybersecurity innovation ecosystem strategy

+ Drive global strategic partnerships for external ecosystem collaboration with accelerators, incubators, universities and other ecosystem collaborators

+ Increase market intelligence by in-depth market research, competitor landscape and trend analysis to accelerate strategic decisions and derive innovation opportunities

+ Participate in cyber regulation committees and lobby with decision-makers related to industrial cybersecurity innovation initiatives

+ Lead the internally branded “Technology Field Cybersecurity” to build up transparency and foster alignments of security technology within Siemens Energy globally

What You Bring

+ Master’s degree in Digitalization, Industrial Automation, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration or related qualification

+ 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, in a top-tier consulting firm with the focus on digital innovation and transformation or related fields

+ Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving ecosystem strategies

+ In-depth knowledge of market research & trend analysis methodologies as well as securing funding opportunities from external sources (e.g. public authorities)

+ Strong leadership and project management skills and excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborator management abilities

+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
