Buick GMC of North Miami, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is searching for talented Internet Sales Representatives who can help our sales team reach their targeted goals! If you have a knack for sales and customer service and want to increase your earning potential while improving your quality of life, this is a terrific opportunity!

As a dealership Internet Sales Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership Experience ONLY.

In this position, you will work with the department managers to maximize opportunities by assisting with customer follow-up. If you are friendly, outgoing and have great organizational skills, we invite you to apply.

What will you be doing?

+ Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.

+ Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads

+ Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions

+ Set appointments for the sales team and follow up to confirm

+ Ensure a positive customer experience

+ Introduce customers to sales team

+ Enter customer information into CRM

Who are we looking for?

+ Customer-focused, energetic and self-motivated

+ Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales

+ Ability to handle heavy phone volume

+ Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service

+ Strong communication skills –verbal and written

+ Excellent computer skills

+ Highly organized with attention to detail
