    • Design and implement a structured, well-documented policy framework tailored to technology risk areas, aligned to industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR).

    • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal colleagues to ensure policy coverage reflects regulatory developments and aligns with our enterprise risk appetite.

    • Provide guidance to policy owners on drafting, content quality, and structure.

    • Contribute to the development of related training, communication, and governance materials.

    • Present policy proposals, updates, and program enhancements to senior leadership and governance forums.

    • Support ongoing program enhancements, quality assurance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the broader Risk and Compliance Policy Program, including any ad-hoc projects requested by the Global Head of Policy

    You’ll Need to Have:

    • 10+ years of experience in risk management, technology risk, compliance, or policy development within a financial institution, technology company, or regulatory body.

    • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks impacting technology risk (e.g., DORA, NYDFS Cyber, NIST, GDPR, MAS TRM).

    • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex risk concepts into clear, actionable policies.

    • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including technology leaders and senior executives.

    • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    We’d Love to See:

    • Experience working in or closely with second-line risk functions or internal audit.

    • Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust) and policy management platforms.
