Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Varicent Technical Lead who will be catering to North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in SAP Project Planning and Execution to drive impactful solutions for our clients. With a focus on cost management and claims within SAP PS Projects you will play a pivotal role in optimizing project outcomes. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both remotely and on-site ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP Project Planning and Execution solutions focusing on cost management and claims to enhance project efficiency.

• Oversee the integration of SAP PS Projects with existing systems to ensure seamless operations and data flow.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices for project planning and execution tailored to the unique needs of the automotive industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related challenges ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement driving continuous enhancement of project processes.

• Develop and deliver training sessions for team members and clients to ensure effective use of SAP tools and methodologies.

• Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.

• Support the finance and accounting teams by ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting within SAP systems.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from clients ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Coordinate with technical teams to implement system enhancements and updates maintaining optimal system performance.

• Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements contributing to the companys growth and success.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations safeguarding the companys reputation and client trust.

• Utilize your domain expertise in the automotive industry to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in SAP Project Planning and Execution with a focus on cost management and claims.

• Demonstrate experience in the automotive industry with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.

• Exhibit proficiency in finance and accounting principles enhancing your ability to support related project aspects.

• Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills essential for working in a hybrid environment.

• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
