Summary of Position
As the Registrar, responsible for overall leadership of recruiting, admissions, registration, enrollment management, and student records. Plans, organizes, sets goals and manages all activities related to enrollment management, including; applicable federal, state, institutional and third party agency reporting.
Minimum Required Education
Masters degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education.
Minimum Required Experience
Five years’ progressively responsible professional experience in higher education enrollment management and/or admissions and registration, National Clearinghouse and state reporting which includes three years’ supervisory and management experience of large working groups in an administrative student services area. Experience in working extensively in a student information system preferably experience in Ellucian’s Colleague. Prefer experience in a multi-campus community college environment working with nontraditional and traditional learners remotely and on-site and high school dual credit students.

+ Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to persons of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and those with disabilities.
+ Ability to relate effectively with a wide range of constituents including students, faculty, staff, state and federal agencies, and the general public.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Proficient with MS Office Suite, data analysis and reporting, and ability to apply technologies.
+ Extensive knowledge in using a student information system such as Ellucian’s Colleague.
Salary 1F/Per Salaried Pay scale
Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thur 7:30-5:30 Fri 7:30-11:30

Must be willing to work nonstandard working hours when needed. Some travel required within Texas.
