    Job Description

    Group 33 is seeking a co-op candidate for the Fall 2025 cycle (starting in September to provide complete IT hardware/software support for 100+ users).

    Responsibilities:

    + Complete operating system installations and troubleshooting for Windows 10, Windows 11, Widows Server, and Linux (Red Hat and Ubuntu).

    + Image new computers with Windows or Linux.

    + Assist staff members in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.

    + Identify vulnerabilities across all IT assets and apply patching and other fixes for remediation.

    + Assist in developing our growing IT infrastructure. Work on existing projects and help develop new projects aimed at improving the group's computer requirements.

    Requirements:

    + Currently enrolled in accredited Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Networking/IT Degree program with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

    + Must be knowledgeable of various operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, Mac OS X, and Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.).

    + Familiarity with Microsoft application software as well as other application software including a basic understanding of networking.

    + Must have at least completed sophomore year.
