Currently hiring for a **FULL TIME** opportunity located near the Lansdale, PA area for a general laborer position. The general Laborers will be responsible for assembling wall panels and roof trusses, working primarily on the Wall Panel Assembly Line and Roof Truss Assembly Line. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, use a framing hammer, and read a tape measure effectively. This is a FULL TIME and LONG TERM opportunity, offering WEEKLY PAY, and will be interviewing IMMEDIATELY!

Responsibilities

+ Work off of blueprints and drawings to set up large assembly tables for production.

+ Lay out lumber products such as 2X4's, 2X6's, and 2X8's in specified areas to assemble wall panels and roof trusses.

+ Place Steel Connector or Gusset on all seams of the trusses to ensure joints are secured properly.

+ Use a framing hammer to attach plates to framed panels.

+ Send the assembled finished products to the Yard Department.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area.

+ Handle various General Production tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Proficiency in using a framing hammer.

+ Capability to read a tape measure.

+ Minimum of 6 months construction experience.

+ Experience in a manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
