Light Industrial Assembler – Contract to Hire

**Location:** Rochester, NY

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble components and products using blueprints and technical instructions

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial machinery safely and efficiently

+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Collaborate with a team to improve workflow and productivity

+ Accurately document production and report progress

What You Bring:

+ Experience in assembly, production, or light manufacturing

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

+ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

+ Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
