Database Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
Detail oriented and proactive Database Customer Service Agent responsible for supporting various operational needs related to vehicle tracking, data entry, DMV processing, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Database Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
Answer incoming calls and provide support to current customers
track orders for trucks and trailers
Enter and maintain new vehicle records in the internal database
Register trucks and trailers through the Virginia DMV
Issue and troubleshoot fuel card problems
Prepare and send new vehicle packets
Manage driver documents
Manage GPS orders and installations
Resolve tolls, citations, and driver violations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple queues and priorities within the team
High attention to detail and accuracy
