Construction General Laborer (Flagger Certified)

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: $24-$28

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction General Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks on active construction sites, including site prep, cleanup, material handling, and traffic control.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform general labor duties on construction sites

+ Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment

+ Maintain clean and safe work areas

+ Set up and maintain traffic control zones

+ Direct traffic safely around work zones as a certified flagger

+ Follow all safety protocols and site-specific procedures

Requirements:

+ Valid Flagger Certification (Required)

+ Previous construction or labor experience preferred

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

+ Strong work ethic and punctuality

+ Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
