Job Title: Maintenance Technician-Direct Hire

Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to producing Ethanol and supplying major gas stations within a 40 - 120 mile radius. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, tackling mechanical failures, and performing preventative maintenance.

Pay: $30-37/hr

Responsibilities

+ Complete preventative and planned maintenance tasks with precision.

+ Analyze mechanical failures promptly and perform necessary repairs.

+ Execute ad-hoc mechanical jobs swiftly and professionally.

+ Maintain production equipment, including renewal, repair, and conversion of machine parts and components as needed.

+ Troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair plant equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers, slides, spouts, vehicles, blowers, compressors, and fans.

+ Make necessary adjustments to equipment to maintain specified process parameters, including alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, and lubrication.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience in Mechanical Troubleshooting.

+ 5+ years of experience in Preventative Maintenance.

+ 3+ years of experience repairing conveyors, valves, and motors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working with conveyors and pumps.

+ Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, schematic interpretation, industrial blueprint reading.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr.
