Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, including packing, slitting, and operating machinery.

Responsibilities

+ Perform packing, slitting, and operating tasks efficiently.

+ Assist in machine operation as a Press Helper and Packer.

+ Engage in general labor duties to support production.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Enter data accurately into computer systems.

+ Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs as required.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

+ Should be comfortable to stand for long periods.

+ Proficiency in data entry.

+ Independent functioning skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with forklift operation is a plus.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment

The facility is clean and temperature-controlled with large printing presses. Employees will work both independently and as part of a team. The work schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with potential for additional workdays, although this is unlikely. Prepare to handle an adhesive smell throughout the facility.

This is a Permanent position based out of SHELBYVILLE, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43000.00 - $45000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in SHELBYVILLE,KY.
