Job Title: Electrical Panel Builder I
Job Description
The Electrical Panel Builder I is responsible for performing both repetitive and complex electro-mechanical assemblies, requiring precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality. This role is vital in ensuring that all electrical components are assembled according to high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
+ Follow all workplace safety and product quality guidelines.
+ Receive components or items for assembly and/or testing in a programmed sequence.
+ Assemble or test electrical components using sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
+ Assemble all variations of in-house standard products.
+ Follow clear assembly/test instructions, including color code, NEC, and UL codes/standards.
+ Use simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.
+ Enter work hours in the ERP system (Currently SAP).
+ Drive continuous improvement processes and conduct daily housekeeping/5S audits.
+ Maintain equipment and work area in an orderly and safe condition.
+ Contribute to division results and performance.
+ Address internal and external customer needs and expectations.
Essential Skills
+ 1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or electrical panel assembly.
+ Strong ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point-to-point drawings.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and basic electrical wiring practices.
+ Experience in panel layout, wire routing, terminal block wiring, and related tasks.
+ Ability to use wiring, electrical assembly, hand tools, panel wiring, and panel building skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with blueprint reading.
+ Preference for pallet jack experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $13.80 - $21.01/hr.
