    Emmy Squared Durham is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our growing team! Part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant company serving Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, fresh salads, and more. With over 20 locations across the country—including NYC, DC, Alexandria, Nashville, Atlanta, and beyond—we are expanding fast and bringing our signature blend of flavor and hospitality to new communities.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide prompt, courteous service and create a memorable guest experience

    + Follow Emmy’s Steps of Service to ensure consistency and hospitality

    + Accurately enter orders into the Breadcrumb POS system

    + Maintain a strong knowledge of menu and beverage offerings

    + Make personalized recommendations and anticipate guest needs

    + Communicate guest requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen

    + Support opening and closing procedures, including side work

    + Keep your section and shared spaces clean and organized

    + Uphold a positive attitude and strong teamwork throughout service

    + Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies

    What We’re Looking For:

    + At least 1 year of server experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

    + Familiarity with responsible alcohol service

    + Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    + Collaborative spirit and a love for food, people, and hospitality

    + Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods
