Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery. This role requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, utilizing blueprints, schematics, hand tools, and power tools.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery.

+ Perform both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.

+ Utilize blueprints and schematics for repairs.

+ Work with hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks.

+ Handle electrical tasks up to 480V.

+ Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

+ Service press machines, compressors, automation equipment, motors, stamping presses, tube formers, conveyors, air dryers, braising furnaces, dust collectors, saws, and cut to length machinery.

+ Perform general facilities maintenance as needed.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician within a manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Experience with troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, and preventive maintenance.

+ Possession of own tools for maintenance work.

+ Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and welding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $74800.00/yr.
