Your Responsibilities:

+ Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

+ Monitor, document, and report on patient conditions using electronic charting

+ Educate and support patients and their families

+ Collaborate with your care team and participate in training

Qualifications:

+ Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State

+ Availability for part-time day shifts

+ Compassionate, professional, and reliable

+ Strong time management and critical thinking skills

+ Ability to work independently
